Ornamental Pond Weed Control

Algae
Surface mats are bubble filled and usually appear green
but can become yellow to brownish. Prior to maturing beneath
the surface, algae may appear like stringy cotton candy
strands attached to rocks, dock legs or weeds.
Common Duckweed
Common Duckweed is an oval or rounded shape plant that floats on the surface. It has a minute root that hangs beneath.
Watermeal
Watermeal appears as minute green grains floating on the water. This one is often mistaken for algae or fine seeds.
