Swimmers Itch

You'll know it! Severe itching and red welts. Swimmers Itch is caused by a tiny free swimming parasite (schistosome cercariae) that lives part of its life in snails. Toweling off immediately after bathing will help. Copper Sulfate is used to control snails disrupting the parasite life cycle.
